It wasn’t always 3D.
In 2010, app developers were making stupid amounts of money with ad supported picture soundboard apps.
A vuvuzela (soccer horn) app was top ranked in many countries during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, earning thousands of dollars per day.
Bottle Opener was late to the party.
Apple was beginning to crack down on simple apps, so I would add features, and stress that the app was available for free.
Apple suggested: 3D with realistic keychain physics.
That wasn’t really feasible for me with the tools I had in 2010.
Today, I can make 3D apps with Unity!
